| There is
a dream, dreaming us ... let me be your
guide.
Only as high as I reach can I grow,
Only as far as I seek can I go,
Only as deep as I look can I see,
Only as much as I dream can I be.
All our lives we have heard about
how important it is to write things
down. Copy your
homework assignment, make a grocery
list, and keep track of your expenses.
Dream
Journaling is writing down what is
important to you
from a dream that you've had and recall. Even if it makes
no sense.
Journaling dreams
can help you
understand your dreams, put
your thoughts in order, tap into
creative ideas, set goals and track
your progress, or even face difficult
issues and emotions.
Dream
Journaling can be entertaining,
comforting, and enlightening.
Many of my
clearest memories are of things that
never happened: jumping from an
impossibly high cliff; running through
darkened rooms to evade a menacing
creature of
a metallic color impossible to look
at; realizing one day that I am able
to fly if I only
shift something in my mind in a
certain way. These are memories of
dreams, and I
value some of them as much as memories
of waking experiences.
I have always been fascinated by my
dreams. I wonder what triggers them
and what
their purpose may be. Beyond that, I
wonder what is the origin of their
unparalleled
creativity that frequently seems to
surpass that of my conscious mind,
their
astounding beauty that at times leaves
me disenchanted with waking life, and
their
situations so unique and bizarre as to
leave me pondering them for days.
Aside from admiring the intricacy and
novelty exhibited in my dreams, I have
found
that they sometimes teach me about
myself. Their themes almost invariably
include
many of the issues that have been on
my waking mind, mixed in odd
combinations
with past experience, as if my mind is
filing away current thoughts and I am
able to
see other things in the files, as well
as elements that have no discernable
origin.
Emotional response seems to be
heightened in dreams, and concepts
more clearly
defined.
Once you begin to remember dreams with
more clarity, you may want to record
some
of the particularly interesting scenes
you encounter. This is the case for
me, as you
can tell from this page, and I have
discovered that writing or typing my
dreams leads
to a drastic increase of very specific
details and involved plot lines that I
can recall. I
am sometimes able to remember several
long dream sequences in a night, and
since
writing everything down would require
a serious effort, I record only the
most
interesting parts.
We dream every single night, but often
we forget our dreams. The key to
remembering
dreams is to set the intention before
you sleep that you will dream
creatively and will
recall your dreams. Focus on the
solution or inspiration you seek from
your dreams. Some dreamers like to
write these dream requests in their
journals or on a slip of paper they
place beneath their pillows before
they sleep. Just before you go to
sleep, clear your mind and relax.
Keep your dream journal and a pen or
pencil near your bed. As soon as you
awaken in
the morning grab your notepad and
write your dreams.
Write or doodle as fast as you can.
Focus on the feeling of the dream,
list the
symbols, and note the colors and the
people who were present. If you don’t
remember a dream,
write the first thing that pops into
your mind.

Astral Projection - Astral projection has never been easier. Scientific
evidence is now suggesting that we can leave our physical body and that we may
even survive the death of that physical body. Using brainwave technology it was
found that a certain combination of alpha and theta harmonics caused the
immediate transference of consciousness away from the physical body. Almost
everyone trying these frequencies has agreed that the effect is very unusual.
Several users have reported a distinct 'moving' of their perception from the
physical body. It could take a lifetime to open the door to this inner journey,
the Astral Projection frequency can do it in 10 minutes.
Download, plug in and
listen. altered state of consciousness in 8 minutes. Fully Guaranteed.
How Does it Work?
Accurately calibrated sine wave frequency generators were used to generate
different frequencies in each ear.
Experimenting through the whole range of
alpha and theta waves (from 5 - 12 Hz) it was found that a combination of
frequencies consistently caused a complete shift in consciousness. This feeling
was likened to all of your bodily awareness, suddenly being pulled into your
pineal area (third eye). You can now recreate the effect for yourself by
downloading the frequencies directly from the internet and listening to them on
headphones. The program lasts for 20 minutes and works every time ... without
fail.
OOBE ( out of body experience)
-
Scientific evidence is now suggesting that we CAN leave our physical body and
that we may even survive the death of that physical body. Using brainwave

caused the immediate transference of consciousness away from the physical body.
Almost everyone trying these frequencies has agreed that the effect is very
unusual. Several users have reported a distinct 'moving ' of their perception
from the physical body. We believe the
OOBE experience is an advanced form of
astral projection. It can involve complete secondary body translocation
rather than mind projection. A typical example of OOBE is where you actually see
your physical body in the position you left it.
