Are There Client Feedback Ratings or "Stars" assigned Here?
Whispy.com's Live Advice
Network houses over 550 Advisors in it's Live Advice
Directory and currently maintains a substantial
*waiting list
for inclusion as an Advisor.
Here at whispy.com we love to
accentuate the positive! We don't however, publicly
assign our advisors "stars" in order to
"tally" how good their service is. We feel it is
demeaning and tends to cause negative "community
politics". We prefer not to judge the ability of our
advisors on how many short calls they can take in
succession in order to "move up the ladder", rack up
rating points, feedback 'stars' and such. It's done
everywhere else, but NOT here.
Our Advice community is not intended to be a competition
of any kind - rather a synchronistic joint human effort
to build an advice community for positive personal
transformation in hopes of inspiring a better world for
our children and theirs.
We always welcome client feedback for any advisor and
will post it freely on our website and in our Advice
Community, as word of mouth and repeat clientele, speak
for themselves, don't they?
Naturally, the opposite holds true. If for any reason
there are excessive disputes and complaints regarding a
particular advisor, and they remain unresolved or
ongoing, that advisor will be respectfully removed from
our community. We take pride in our website and hope
that you will too.
Please note:
Whispy.com's Live Advice Network Advisors are
listed in no particular order so be sure to
browse each live advice category to find an advisor that
suits your needs. Meaning: Advisors on page 11,
for example ... do not have less importance, lower
ratings, ability or status than advisors on page 1. In
the very near future, Whispy.com's Live Advice
Directory Listings will rotate randomly offering free
and equal exposure to all advisors.
Feedback If You Must:
** Our partner, CLick4Advisor, does offer a
primitive feedback and rating system which allows
callers to leave comments regarding their consultations,
after their call.
What Is Feedback?
Feedback is made up of comments and ratings left by
Whispy.com Live Advice members who have received phone
advice on our Live Advice Network. These comments and
ratings attempt to be indicators of your
reputation as a live advice service provider. They are
included, along with an overall feedback score, in your
Cick4Advisor member profile.
Advice Seekers:
Before you purchase a Live Advice Consultation, you
can check the providers member profile or click4ADvisor
Feedback by clicking on their call button next to their
listing. Advice Seekers may also want to view the
Advisor's profiles to see how reliable they have
been in past consultations.
Feedback Tips
- Always leave feedback after a call so that other
members may benefit from your experience.
- Usually, a high feedback score and high percentage
is a good sign, but you should always check your
Advisors member profile to read comments and look for
negative remarks.
- Keep your Advisor profile neat and informative -
Advice Seekers may be wary of calling someone with an
incomplete member profile.

Contact your Live Advisor via the click4Advisor
Email System and try to resolve any issues before
leaving negative feedback.
- You cannot remove Feedback you have left, so be
sure to leave only fair and factual comments and
ratings that relate to a specific transaction you have
with your Advisor.
If any aspect of your Live Advice consultation was
unsatisfactory, consider contacting the Advisor to
resolve the issue—either by email or phone—before you
leave feedback. All Whispy.com Advisors will be
happy to resolve the issue.
