Because of this, clients must keep to their appointment times, and long distance clients must be available fro a call at the appointed hour. Late clients will have their sessions shortened so that the end time remains the same, out of respect for Lilly, and the next client. Minutes, however will be credited to another appointment or to continue the same appointment that day--schedule permitting.. Clients who do not turn up for a
phone session or chat
reading, or
who have not given sufficient notice of cancellation (24 hours), will be
charged for the session. A client with an outstanding fee for a missed
session will not be rebooked until it is paid. Lilly is a spiritual teacher and works from the perspective of spiritual philosophy. She cannot replace your need for a medical doctor, lawyer or psychologist etc. Clients assume responsibility for their actions taken on her information.
