What are the Advantages?

Email consultations can be a highly effective way of getting the benefit of the personal attention of a Spiritual Consultant. The main advantage of email consultations is the freedom it provides the Client. Consultations take place by email and, therefore, you can consult at the time and place of your choice: at home, in your office, at the coffee shop, on a plane and so on.

Email Consultations can also be added to regular telephone consultations to provide an opportunity to get more detailed questions answered that are not covered in the telephone reading session.

Email consultations are also a great adjunct to the study of our upcoming Online Courses. It allows you to ask specific questions and get clarifications and guidance as you learn to apply in your life what is taught in the courses.

What are the Parameters?

The Email Consultations provide you with 6 and 1/2 hours of Lilly's time by email. If email consultations are your only source of consultations, here is what we suggest: Be regular. Be succinct. Be brief. That is the best way to use email consultations.

Email coaching is best used to help you to be accountable to your goals and keep you on the right track to accomplishing the results you've defined at the beginning.


In your first email, you provide the following information:

Who are you? (Whatever you consider relevant to what you hope to achieve through a consultation)

What do you want to accomplish through a reading?

What are your specific intentions and goals?

What actions do you intend to take to fulfill your intended results?

What commitment are you willing to make to yourself and your dreams?

How Will I be Coached?

Once a week you will send Lilly an email providing the following information:

What goals you had set for the previous week.
What actions you had planned for the week.
What you actually accomplished in the previous week.
What you intend to accomplish during the coming week.
You will receive feedback by email from Lilly providing insight and support for your vision, goals, and actions, as well as direction and specific suggestions (where needed).

If you have any questions or need help in ways that are not covered by the above framework, you will receive help with those as well. For instance, if you have any particular challenges that are holding you back, this can be brought out in an email consultation as well.

 

All in all, Lilly's is to help you to become highly effective at creating a vision of what you want to create and achieving the results you define.

 

Lilly will keep track of the time spent replying to your emails. This particular Email Consultation Plan entitles you to 5 and 1/2 hours per month of Lilly's time. If you plan your emails well, this can provide quite a few consultations!

Here's how it works:

Session One

During our first 30-minute session, you'll be able to explain what you want to work on and find out how we'll be working with you. (Set aside a bit more time in case we go over the 30 minutes.)

Your weekly sessions will be scheduled during this first session, so please have your day timer handy.

Sessions Two to Four

During your next three 30-minute sessions, we will begin to work together to help you achieve your goals.

 

This can be used all at once in one 1-1/2 hour session (if Lilly recommends structural consulting), in two 3/4 hour sessions, or in three 30-minute sessions. We will decide together what will work best for you.

 

Future Sessions

Personal Structural Consulting

 

Personal Structural Consulting is booked one session at a time, in blocks of 2 hours - unused portion refunded. $137/hour

 

What makes Structural Consulting different from ordinary coaching? Quite a lot. Structural Consulting is performed in one session only - usually from 1 1/2 to 2 hours long. Structural Consulting comes out of quite a different way of thinking from Coaching and it uses completely different techniques.

Structural Consulting is based on the discovery that our behaviors result from underlying structures. If you change the underlying structure, the behavior changes. In a Structural Consulting session, through a series of questions, the Consultant gathers information until able to identify your structure.

 

Your structure may be inhibiting your success and growth or it may be facilitating it. If it is inhibiting it, further work is done to correct that.

What Results can I Expect?

As a result of Structural Consulting, you can expect to be released from self-limiting patterns of behavior that are holding you back from creating what truly matters to you. you can expect to experience success in your life, and not only hold onto that success but be able to use it as a launching pad to new successful results.


Which Plan is for you?

 

 

To help you decide which plan is best suited to your purposes, here are some of the things to consider:

Will you require a lot of guidance and support from your coach?
A weekly session will provide extra opportunity for checking in, getting feedback, and making sure you stay on track.

If you are experienced in the area you want coaching for, and if you are highly self-directed, bi-weekly sessions may be all you require.

Will you be requiring help from your coach to create a vision, set goals, plan actions and work through challenges as you go along?

If you are starting from scratch and not sure of what you want, the 45 minute session will provide more time to work through the initial stages. And when working through challenges, the extra time will reduce the pressure you might feel by the limitations of a 30-minute session.

If, on the other hand, what you want to do is just check in, report your progress, plan for the upcoming week, get feedback and suggestions as well as work through occasional challenges that will provide deeper learning, you may find that a 30-minute session is sufficient.

 

 

What will we be talking about?

Coaching is not therapy. In therapy, there is lots of time to go into long descriptions of problems so you and the therapist can understand what's going wrong in your life and why.

In coaching, your focus will be held on what you aim to create, whether it be a project you have in mind, a new physically fit you, greater balance in your life, increased success at work, a career change, a strong business, better relationships, etc., the focus is on what you want and how you're going to make it happen. The talk is very directed.

Some people have trouble getting used to this at the beginning. In our culture, it's so common to talk about what we don't like what we can't do, what our problems are, what's wrong in the world, and other negative things, that often people feel this is the kind of information they must provide their coach. But it doesn't take long to figure out that, if you've got only 30 or 45 minutes for a session, and you want to get the most out of it, you'd better get right down to the important things - the bottom line, you might call it.

What makes coaching so powerful?

While it may sometimes be really helpful to "vent" before you get to work in a session, the real emphasis will be on moving you forward toward the results you want to create. To do this will require your Coach to sometimes teach you new ways of thinking and approaching your situation. Your Coach will cut through stuff that you may be used to giving a lot of attention to. Your Coach will guide you, support you, teach you and sometimes hold you to your promise to fulfill the goals and vision you have set for yourself.

So, choose a plan. You can always change it if it's not the right one for you. Choose a plan, think about what you want to work on, what improvements you want to make in your situation, what you want to build or create, what really matters most to you. And even if you don't know what matters most to you, and that is what you want to work on, we'd be most happy to work with you.

Working with Lilly will teach you the right mind-set for creating what you want. Then book some time with her each month for a while. See what you're really capable of becoming!

 

Policies & Procedures
 

Call Procedure

Lilly is responsible for calling the Coach at the scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance. There will be no refund or credit for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session.

Termination

The Client may cancel at anytime. Cancellation must be in writing, by fax or by email message. The Client is responsible for any unpaid outstanding coaching services performed up to the date of the cancellation notice.

 

Confidentiality

Lilly recognizes that clients may share confidential and private information during a consultation. Lilly will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use or disclose any information to a third party. While Lilly will do everything in her power to keep communication confidential, the Client is aware that there are valid exceptions - for instance, if withholding information would be unlawful on the part of the Coach.
