Customer Satisfaction is our primary goal at Whispy Live Advice.

Some Reasons For Restriction are:

1.) You're a new advisor that just signed up, and your listing and code has not been implemented on the website yet. Please login to your Advisor account to be sure your price per minute is filled in. BY doing this, your call button code will be immediately generated by the system and send to us to post live in our Live Advice Directory Listings.

2.) You received a call on our Network but you "Unaccepted" it.

3.) You are an existing advisor who has missed more than 2 calls while marked available.

4.) It was presented to us by a client/fellow advisor that you have been utilizing your free listing on whispy.com for the sole purpose of promoting another association or .. redirect a caller to call you on similar website.

As an Advisor, when you designate yourself as 'Available' in the Click4Advisor system, you should always be available and ready to answer User/Client calls. In the unlikely case wherein special circumstances prevent you from answering directly a User's call, but is however received by someone else or an answering machine at your number, a User will have up to 30-seconds to disconnect the line to avoid being charged for such an unsuccessful call.

Please note: If our Whispy Live Advice Team notices an unusually excessive amount of missed or unaccepted calls from clients to you, your account will be disabled on the Whispy Live Advice Network.

Additionally, an email inquiry, from our Live Advice Team, will be sent to you immediately. If you are not going to accept calls, please remember to turn off your availability!

That said, we would like to take the time to express the conditions for a permanent removal from our live advice network. Those advisors who are discovered to be "covertly" redirecting clients to other Networks via Whispy.com--instead of accepting calls and appointment requests here when they are requested of you--- will be removed from our network permanently.

We're not here to compete and we state that throughout our website. And we do not care if you work and take calls as well on a million other live advice sites. Our live advise directory, however, is NOT to be used as a personal advertising venue for you, unless you have purchased a webpage and subscription to do so.

This Advice Network is meant to be a co-op. However, such actions are rude and unnecessary--redirecting clients that have clearly called you from our Network via your FREE listing here. As a result, your integrity with us will have been lost. If this is something that comes to our attention, you will be removed from our Live Advice Network with our blessings toward any other advice network or endeavors you may choose to pursue.

If you find that you've been placed on restriction, fell free to email us to request that the restriction be removed.

We ask that you please remember to ALWAYS log yourself OFF if you are unable to receive calls on the Whispy.com Live Advice Network. We have received several complaints from potential (NEW!) clients who have joined our Network ... that they have called several advisors who were marked available, but were unavailable and/or declined the call.
