Everything we do represents everything we want to be.
Are you engaged in positive living? Let me begin by saying ... that there is no positive or negative energy. All energy is neutral until WE personalize it. It is this personalization process that gives it a negative or positive image. As an example, let's look at a common character trait.
Determination is a character trait that, if carried to one extreme can make someone so stubborn that they will never risk change.
On the other hand, it can make one so determined to succeed that they will risk everything just to say they did it. The original energy has not positive or negative connotation--it gets that based solely on how we each use it.
With that in mind, when I speak of positive and negative energy, it is based on the connotation that has become associated with it in today's society.
It's so easy ...to look around and notice what's wrong. It takes practice to see what's right. Many of us have lived around negativity for years.
We've become skilled at labeling what's wrong with other people, our life, our work, our day, our relationships, ourselves, our conduct, our recovery. We want to be realistic, and our goal is to identify and accept reality.
However, this is often not our intent when we practice negativity. The purpose of negativity is usually annihilation.
If you sense an inner pull yet your energy is stuck in situations, stress or circumstances you don't seem able to step out of, investing in raising your level of consciousness is like coming out of the shadowy landscape of a cave into the gentle, brilliant light..
What is positive energy??
Whatever is your belief,
Whatever makes you proud,
Whatever gives you hope,
Whatever carries you through,
If it is for good, it is of the positive.
You can make profound headway on your pathway with personal and spiritual transformation and create greater personal satisfaction and expansive shifts in consciousness. This site is designed for the purpose of spiritual awakening. The conscious and subconscious are like our mental software and our life experience is our printout. If we are holding limited, negative, judgmental beliefs - either consciously or subconsciously - our body and life experience must reflect these distortions.
Thus, to remove these distortions will positively effect our lives. The removal of limiting, mental distortions or blocks is called Clearing. It is held by the great mystics and the traditions of enlightenment that our essential nature is perfect, eternal, and at one with an all-loving Creator. It's result is natural positive energy.

Positive energy versus negative energy - Negative thinking and negative energy empowers the problem
It takes us out of harmony. Negative energy sabotages and destroys. It has a powerful life of its own. So does positive energy. Each day, we can ask what's right, what's good--about other people, our life, our work, our day, our relationships, ourselves, our conduct, our recovery. Positive energy heals, conducts love, and transforms, the mind, body, and soul.

Discovering the purpose of your soul is the first step on your spiritual journey. Knowing your intention for this lifetime is essential for making wise decisions in your life and finding happiness in each moment, rather than always struggling to find something in the future to bring you joy.

Spiritual experiences are not the privilege of a select few. With self-discipline and commitment you can build your own foundation of spirituality. Miracles will come to us when our hearts are open. Our job is simply to clear the way for them.
What is "better"? Positive Energy or negative energy?
The universe is precisely balanced between negative and positive energy. Let me say at the outset that this has absolutely nothing to do with "good and bad". Good and bad are subjective value judgments and really tell us little about the nature of any idea, but much about the observer, and their "frame of references."
Because the universe is so balanced between the two it is inherently positive. In other words to be so balanced is positive itself. But the whole of existence is in existence because this polarization externalizes and manifests the "All That Is" from nonphysical into physical. Duality is the effect of white light being "slowed" and splayed into its constituent "colors" which "fragment" a single concept into its polarized components. (please see the prism with refracted light).
Which brings us to negative aspects. Please understand "affliction" as another word for dis-ease. A state of being in which contradiction, conflict and the need for resolution exist unresolved. This state of being of lack of resolution allows organisms to attack because of the belief in separation and hence powerlessness.
But negative aspects are not inherently in a state of dis-ease, nor are they "bad." It is the resistance to growth implied (and belief in separation) in this aspect that is reflected as a need of the person's psyche, that all pain and suffering are the effect of. By fulfilling this need we bring back together (positive energy) that which was believed separate.
Squares and oppositions seek resolution and fulfillment towards ease (trine). This is not inherently "bad" nor difficult. This actually implies awareness of the paradoxical nature of "things". Tension is required to walk upon the earth.
The resistance of our legs to the constant pull of gravity allows us to move instead of remaining in a motion-less state (please see my discourse on e-motion). Without developmental tension nothing moves. Action is a physical world parameter and choice.
It is negative energy that drives the material universe. If these aspects are seen in preponderance in the chart it reflects a powerful developmental potential. In the Horoscope, like the universe, balance is important. It is the judgment of tension as "bad" that creates anxiety.
It is the welcoming of tension that is felt as excitement. Tension is essential for growth. Ease is not necessarily "good" and tension is not necessarily "bad", therefore, there are no good and bad aspects!
The positive aspects of trine and sextile are the areas where tension's resolution is found. They allow for the integration and instinctual expression of developmental tension. Self-empowerment is the recognition that you chose this chart that you have now for a reason, the hallway of your developmental choice. You are always creating your reality 100%, even if it is only to demonstrate the reality you do not prefer.
It is the negative aspects that need attention; the trines support the squares. What awareness or resolution can be gleaned from this square or opposition? There is no end to any synchronistic spiral be it positive OR negative. Therefore choose the energy you wish to initiate it with, wisely. There will be levels higher and higher to be explored in regard to that developmental awareness that can be achieved, welcome it.
The positive aspects have nothing to support and ease if developmental tension is not acted upon. Negative aspects are your prescription for action chosen before incarnation, and aspect patterns are the psychological reflection of how these things are dealt with by the personality.
Psychology is simply the understanding of the exchange of psychic material consciously and unconsciously and the resulting behavior there from. It is an analysis of the individual's beliefs about their ability to manifest themselves.
Positive and negative aspects tell us the identity's belief in the ability to manifest, integrate, and express the idea that they are. Please encourage them in their ability to do so. It is belief and approach that determines effect extracted. It can be an exciting exploration of consciousness, the waking up to other levels of knowingness (Uranus) instead of perceived external limitation and threat (Saturn). The choice, of course, is yours.

If we can only get to know ourselves, to know that in us is a sovereign power, is an authority that is absolute, then in the next twenty-four hours we would have a new race, we would have a nation, an empire, resurrected, not from the will of others to see us rise, but from our own determination to rise, irrespective of what the world thinks.
There probably won't be anyone who argues that there is positive and negative energy in this world. What some might argue though is to what extent that positivity and negativity extends in our world. There are definitely positive and negative emotions...or at least emotions that cause us to feel good (positive) or bad (negative).
The medical field is now beginning to acknowledge that the attitude of the patient has a very large impact on how fast that patient heals or even on whether he/she survives a certain procedure. A patient with a positive outlook for the future has a better chance of being cured.
As another example, how many of us know someone who, when entering a room, seems to "light up" the room? Or vice versa, someone who has the ability to throw a damper on a festive atmosphere, just by their appearance in the room? These are all examples of how positive and negative energy extends far past our use of it in such practical matters as powering our cars, lighting our homes and cooking our food.
How many times have we been riding down the road and been cut off by someone in front of us? Our first reaction is to lay on the horn, or scream obscenities at them. This is the result of our anger and if we follow through on our intentions, our actions will be motivated by negative energy. But what if they've just been called and told their wife/husband or child has been seriously injured?
What if they've been informed that a parent just died? Or that their home was burning to the ground? We don't know the reasons this person is being a rude driver and our angry reaction serves no purpose other than to vent our frustration at being inconvenienced or even endangered.
Instead of venting, why not try to turn the negative into something positive. Don't shout at the other driver, pray for them. Pray that whatever has caused them to be so careless doesn't harm them or someone else. Pray that they arrive safely and that their loved ones are safe.
It's not easy to do when your adrenaline is pumping from trying to avoid an accident, but it is more productive than simply venting. Instead of adding to the pool of negative energy, your prayers will add to the pool of positive energy.
Perhaps one of the most striking examples of how much influence negative energy has can be seen when a "mob mentality" arises. Remember the young black woman in Michigan (I think it was) who threw herself on top of a white man who was wearing a T-shirt with the Confederate flag on it?
A white supremacist group had called a rally and this man was watching, not a participant. But because of the design on his shirt, others assumed he supported the hate-filled rantings of the supremacy group.
The young lady had intended on asking this gentleman, in a very angry voice, what she had ever done to him to make him hate her as a black woman. Then something changed all that. The "mob mentality" took over and the hate being spouted manifested as the crowd attacking this man in the T-shirt.
The young woman realized that unless someone did something, this man was going to be seriously hurt. So she threw herself on top of him, undoubtedly saving him from further serious injury.
The people beating him were probably just ordinary people, angry at the hate being spewed by the white supremacy group. But that anger was fed by the negative energy of the hate itself until the anger of just one person reached the point of non-containment. An angry word turned to a shove, perhaps, and the "dike was breached" so to speak.
All the negative energy that had amassed in the area exploded and ordinary people who are not normally violent by nature were swept away in the anger and hatred and turned to attacking what was the most likely person around...a white male wearing a Confederate flag on his shirt.
I'm sure that many of those people went home that night, dismayed at what had happened...perhaps shocked that they were capable of such blatantly violent actions.
The thing about negative energy is that it is oftentimes thought of as something good. To hate racism and intolerance and domestic violence and bigotry is often seen as something we should all do. But hating is a negative energy-- a very intense, deep-seated negative energy.
The word "hate" is used as lightly as the word love nowadays and has lost most of it's "punch", so to speak. We say we hate things far too often. We hate getting behind a slow car on the highway. We hate waiting in line to check out at the grocery store. We hate...we hate...we hate....
And far too often, hating the act and not the one committing the act are not distinguished. The people attacking the man in the situation above did not hate the man himself...they didn't know him at all-- certainly not well enough to know they hated him. They didn't even hate what he stood for.
They hated what they thought he stood for-- based solely on the image he wore on his T-shirt. Such is the power of hate, even when it is attempted to be used for "noble" purposes. Eventually, those purposes are corrupted and the results are more damage caused by the negative energy of hate.
I can hear the comments already. "So I'm supposed to love the fact that some people are bigoted?" Or "Being silent about domestic violence only allows it to continue." Or "Not saying anything is akin to condoning such behavior." Or "You can't make something go away by
burying your head in the sand and pretending bigotry and prejudice don't exist." I do not suggest that any of the above be your course of action. So what am I saying?
You don't have to love the fact that some people are bigoted to NOT hate it. You must accept that this is true at this point in time, the take appropriate action to stop this in the future. Teach your children to respect everyone regardless of all the man-made barriers we have put up to separate ourselves from our fellow human beings.
The next time a co-worker or friend tells an off-humor joke, don't laugh just to be part of the crowd. And don't even say "I don't like those kind of jokes", because that is adding to the negative energy. Explain that those kinds of jokes offend you and ask that they please not be told.
Yes, you're going be flowing against the current and that is not an easy thing-- I've tried and often failed to speak up in that same scenario. But there have been times I have spoken up. Such jokes are
always inappropriate and I've been known to say so.
Certainly, do NOT remain silent when you witness someone abusing another human being. But remember that abuse can come in many forms. Making constant jokes about the mental capabilities of an acquaintance is also abuse. Because whether or not that person is in the room, that negative energy has been generated by the words that were spoken.
There are times we must step in to protect those who cannot protect themselves, but this does not require that we hate to do so. Mental health organizations and practitioners almost unanimously agree that the vast majority of those who pick on others, who abuse and bully others, tease and harass others are those who have either been the victims of such treatment or who have such a low opinion of themselves, such a lot self-esteem, that the only way to feel better about themselves is to put others down. These kinds of people do not need our hatred, but our sympathy. Our prayers. Our Love.
Not saying anything does not have to imply condoning of an activity. It most certainly could appear that way if no action is taken. In the above scenario at the white supremacist rally, those who witnessed the beating and did nothing to stop it, they most certainly have the appearance of condoning such behavior.
The young woman, still believing that the man she was saving held white supremacist beliefs, didn't scream that she hated that these people were beating up another human being. She simply placed herself between the mob and the man, sheltering him. She did not add to the negative energy.
Because in the end, there is NO distinction between whose who espouse white supremacy and those who hate white supremacists. In both cases, there is a hatred of another person based on what they believe is the truth.
I personally find no difference between Hitler's treatment of the Jews and the modern Israeli government's treatment of the Palestinians. Ok, so the scale isn't the same--the number of people affected is lower.
But the root principle is the same: both governments justified the seizure of property, forced relocation of residents who had lived there for countless generations, the closing of businesses, the refusal to allow gainful employment and even the killing of "the enemy" because of what they believe was a "God-given" right.
Hitler believed the white race had the God-given role of ruler of the earth. The Israeli government feels that they have a God-given right to possess the territory now know as Israel. So where is the difference?? Hatred is hatred; it's end result is negative energy, regardless of how good the intention.
With all the hate crimes being perpetuated in today's society, it is virtually impossible to deny that bigotry and prejudice don't exist. Those that do certainly have their heads buried in the sand. We probably all acknowledge that bigotry exists, but do we really acknowledge how deep-rooted it is?
Do members of the white race (of which I am one) acknowledge that they have benefits based solely on the color of their skin? That they are immune to certain forms of harassment simply because of the color of their skin? That their chances of finding a job are greater because of the color of their skin?
Those who deny these realities are actually up to their ears in the granular stuff. So rather than advocating burying your head in the sand, I'm really suggesting that you take it out completely.
It is time we all come to realize that despite our differing beliefs, our different cultural norms, our different lifestyles, our different socioeconomic situations, we are all part of the same universe. Like a pebble thrown into a still pond, the ripples of negative energy eventually affect every corner of that pond, not matter how imperceptibly.
We need to do our part not to deny the existence of pebbles, but to make sure that as few as possible are thrown into the pond. None of us has all the answers, but we are all walking the path that seems right for us at this point in time. We must all be allowed that right AS LONG AS EXERCISING THAT RIGHT DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH ANOTHER'S RIGHT TO DO THE SAME.
We should be able to exercise that right with no fear of condemnation from others because their views differ from ours. Harming any one part of the universe harms all the parts. The good news there is that the opposite is also true.
When one part is healed, all parts are better off for it. In the end, it comes down to our choice: are we going to use positive or negative energy to resolve a given situation? We always have a choice but very rarely make use of that choice, falling back on old learned habits.
While this is the easiest thing to do, it often tends to add negativity rather than positivity to the energy pool. If we're not careful, we may eventually drown ourselves in that pool.
Positive Energy & Positive Thinking for Your Health
Positive thinking is an effective way to achieve mastery of bio-energy healing. Maintenance of a positive energy level in a healer's own bio-energy field reduces stress and emotional tension in the healer and in others. Positive emotions and feelings and a positive mental attitude can improve the quality of people's lives and heal their bodies of illnesses and stresses.
On the other hand, negative emotions and feelings bring poisoning toxins to the organism. Strong negative emotions such as anger, spite, envy, jealousy, and fear make the endocrine system accumulate poisons in the blood. Anxiety, depression, and doubt can also cause poisoning of the blood.
Passive and lengthy negative emotions are even more dangerous for health than active, sudden and momentary negative emotions. Negative emotions shorten the span of life. Treatment of physical symptoms with positive thoughts and statements was popularized in France a century ago, and it still has the power to overcome unwanted states (stress, tension, and unhappiness).
Thoughts and feelings make up reality and add color to it. So, unhappiness brings a gray world and reality.
To change a gray world and to overcome the feeling of unhappiness, anxiety, or tension, one needs to refocus the mind on positive, healing thoughts. When people predict that something is going happen to them, it is more likely to happen because negative thoughts will be reflected in their unconscious.
Moreover, there could be developed psychosomatic illnesses (about 70% of all illnesses are psychosomatic, or caused by mental stress). Psychosomatic illnesses worsen when given special attention. Instead of paying direct attention to pain or illness, every time a negative thought occurs, say something like, " It will be better than I think."
When a wish of any desired condition is established in the mind, somehow the unconscious mind leads the wish to realization-not magically, but through mental programming.
Besides healing illnesses, positive attitudes help one to withstand troubles and problems, make correct decisions, and overcome obstacles. Do not focus on negative events; try to discover a positive perspective. For example, individuals should understand that they need to read more or think more of others in order to find ways of perfect communication.
Because the thoughts of individuals are either positive or negative, they are reflected in their social or asocial behaviors. People should observe and conceive the world around them, as well as their inner worlds, with positive perceptions.
Healers should have "a positive mind state" before they begin practicing bio-energy healing. Healers communicate with other people giving them energy. "Negative" energy cannot bring healing, only damage, and it is destructive for both a healer and a healee. Healing energy is "a positive" energy sent by "a positive mind."

The Power of Positive Energy & Positive Thinking: Your Key to a Better, Happier Life
When we feel down and worried, we often hear people telling us: "Think positive!". Many do not take these words seriously, as they do not know what the power of positive thinking really is, or do not consider it as useful and effective. How many people do you know that ever stop to think what the power of positive thinking means?
Many do not believe that it works, considering it as just nonsense, and scoff at people who do. Among the people who are conversant with this subject, not many know how to use it effectively in order to get results. Yet, it seems that more people are becoming attracted to this subject, as evidenced by the many books, lectures and courses about it. This is a subject that is gaining popularity.
Thinking positively means admitting into the mind only thoughts, words and images that are conductive to growth, expansion and success. It is the expectation of good and favorable results. A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and a successful outcome of every situation and action. Whatever the mind expects, it finds.
Allan applied for a new job, but as his self-esteem was low, and he considered himself as a failure and unworthy of success, he was sure that he was not going to get the job. He had a negative attitude towards himself, and believed that the other applicants were better and more qualified than him. Allan manifested this attitude because he was not admitted to most of the jobs he applied to, and consequently had negative past experience.
His mind was filled with negative thoughts and fears concerning the job for the whole week before the job interview. He was sure he would be rejected. On the day of the interview he got up late, and to his horror he discovered that the shirt he had planned to wear was dirty, and the other one needed ironing. As it was already too late, he went out with a wrinkled shirt.
During the interview he was tense, displayed a negative attitude, worried about his shirt, and felt hungry because he did not have enough time to eat breakfast. All this distracted his mind and made it difficult for him to focus on the interview. His overall behavior made a bad impression, and consequently he materialized his fear and did not get the job.
Jim applied for the same job too, but approached the matter in a different way. He was sure that he was going to get the job. During the week preceding the interview he often visualized himself making a good impression and getting the job.
In the evening before the interview he prepared the clothes he was going to wear, and went to sleep a little earlier. On day of the interview he woke up earlier than usual, and had ample time to eat breakfast, and then to arrive to the interview before the scheduled time.
He got the job because he made a good impression. Of course he had also the proper qualifications for the job, but so had Allan.
What do we learn from these two stories? Is there any magic employed here? No, it is all natural. When the attitude is positive we entertain pleasant feelings and constructive images, and see in our mind's eye what we really want to happen. This brings brightness to the eyes, more energy and happiness.
The whole being broadcasts good will, happiness and success. Even the health is affected in a beneficial way. We walk tall and the voice is more powerful. Our body language shows the way you feel inside.
All of us affect, whether positively or negatively, the people we meet. This happens instinctively and on a subconscious level, through thoughts and feelings transference, or through body language. People sense our aura and are affected by our thoughts. Is it any wonder that we want to be around positive persons and shun negative ones? People are more disposed to help us if we are positive. They dislike and avoid anyone broadcasting negativity.
Negative thoughts, words and attitude bring up negative and unhappy moods and actions. When the mind is negative, poisons are released into the blood, which cause more unhappiness and negativity. Negative thinking is the way to failure, frustration and disappointment.
Positive and negative thinking are both contagious, and their results are very obvious. If you choose the former you gain a great and beneficial power. In order to turn the mind towards the positive, knowledge and training are necessary. People do not change their attitude and thoughts overnight.
Read about this subject. Meditate about its benefits, and persuade your mind to try it. The power of thoughts is a mighty power that is always shaping our lives. This shaping is usually done subconsciously, but it is possible to make the process a conscious one. Even if the idea seems strange, give it a try, as you have nothing to lose, but only to gain. Forget what others might say or think about you if you change the way you think.
Always visualize only favorable and beneficial situations. Use positive words in your inner dialogues or when talking with others. Smile a little more, as this helps to think positively. If you feel inner resistance when replacing negative thoughts with positive ones, do not give up, but keep looking only at the beneficial, good and happy thoughts in your mind. Disregard any feelings of laziness or a desire to quit. If you persevere, you will transform the way your mind thinks.
Once a negative thought enters your mind, you have to be aware of it and endeavor to replace it with a constructive one. The negative thought will try again to enter your mind, and then you have to replace it again with a positive one. It is as if there are two pictures in front of you, and you choose to look at one and disregard the other. Persistence will eventually teach your mind to think positively and ignore negative thoughts.
It does not matter what your circumstances are at the present moment. Think positively, expect only favorable results and situations, and circumstances will change accordingly. It may take some time for the changes to take place, but eventually they do.
Another method to employ is the repetition of affirmations. It is a method which resembles creative visualization, and which can be used in conjunction with it. It is the subject of other articles on this website.
