The Cost Of War   

Here, you will find a running total of the amount of money spent by the US Government to finance the war in Iraq. This total is based on estimates from Congressional appropriations. The Peace Alliance and Foundation   

Participate in an historic citizen lobbying effort to create a U.S. Department of Peace, sponsored in the House of Representatives by Congressman Dennis Kucinich. This bill establishes nonviolence as an organizing principle of American society, providing the U.S. President with an array of peace-building policy options for domestic and international use. The Professors World Peace Academy (PWPA) is a tax-exempt non-profit educational organization founded to support the academic community's role in the pursuit of world peace. PWPA publishes books, publishes the International Journal on World Peace, organizes conferences, and is forming a world university network. It was founded in 1973 and presently has chapters in over 100 countries.

Religious Tolerance - An Agency Promoting Religious Tolerance, Freedom, and Understanding   

This is a large religious web site which promotes religious freedom, tolerance and diversity as positive cultural values. The site contains over 2,500 essays and menus. But it is very different from almost all other religious sites: We do not promote our own religious beliefs. We can't because we are a multi-faith group. We try to explain the full range of religious belief in North America, from Asatru to Christianity to Zoroastrianism.
