  • 3 or 4 celery ribs, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices (1 cup) (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup of red onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbs of Tarragon vinegar (or 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh tarragon )
  • about 1 cup of walnut pieces
  • Red or green grapes sliced into 3’s
  • Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
